Maintenance General - Job ID#204588Job ID#:204588Posted:2/20/2024Location:White Sands Missile Range NMJob Category:EngineeringPosition Type:Associate - W2Duration:52Shift:1PDS Defense, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance General, in White Sands Missile Range, NM.Job Description:-Successful candidate will assist the Logistics lead in warehouse, transportation, and shipping operations.-Performs general cleanup of work areas and storage locations working to 6S criteria, creates/updates web-based documents (primarily Word and Excel onMS Teams) that define status, quantities, part numbers, nomenclature, and location of repair parts.-Uses web-based applications to document shipping and receiving on the program.-Performs routine repairs and maintenance of plant and/or office facilities and equipment.-Performs basic carpentry, electrical, mechanical, air-conditioning, plumbing, plastic or sheet metal fabrication, or associated work on plant facilities using hand and power tools. May be required to troubleshoot equipment or facilities problems and reports them to supervisor.-May interpret blueprints, sketches, layouts, wiring diagrams, drawings, and specifications.-May perform routine inspections to determine repair and maintenance work necessary.Basic Qualifications:

Computer skills, all Microsoft Office suite experience

Carpentry, electrical, and mechanical experience.

Warehouse experience
