Promote and specify Moen/Fortune products with architectural firms, construction companies, and key decision-makers involved in construction projects across various segments, such as hospitality, residential, institutional, and housing.
Identify opportunities to secure new projects for the company; assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products; respond to and follow up on customer inquiries and requirements.
Provide technical training to customers, sales teams, architects, and builders.
Analyze, negotiate, and submit pricing proposals.
Develop strong, long-term, and close relationships with key architects and construction companies.
Offer after-sales service (provide information on product delivery dates and warranties, promote training on proper installation procedures to ensure correct product installation, provide technical datasheets, installation procedures, etc.).
Increase brand positioning through institutional presentations, training sessions, distribution of catalogs, and promotional products.
Build close relationships with sales representatives from our Distributors to support them in projects where we are invited to participate.
Generate regional performance reports and metrics.
Effectively manage ambiguous or conflict situations in accordance with company policies.
