Painter/Technician

Provision of painting services as required to the highest quality standard.Liaise with individual departments and the Assistant Chief Engineer in relation to work requirements.Plan and prioritize jobs to ensure deadlines are met and emergencies are handled appropriately.Provide back-up support in various areas to replace absent employees when required.Work in harmony with all other Hotel Staff.Attend training programs as required.Completion of daily painting maintenance and repairs ie. as reported from guest rooms, individual Departments and Duty Managers.Alterations throughout the Hotel/Resort complex.Glazing ie. Replacing broken windowpanes.Tiling ie. Re-grouting shower recesses etc.Repair and installation of internal and external fittings as required eg. sliding doors, fly screens, tiling, drawers, cupboard doors, door locks, curtain rods etc.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by hotel departments to ensure optimal functionality.Respond promptly to urgent maintenance requests and emergencies to minimize service disruptions.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations while carrying out maintenance tasks.
