Essential licenses: Valid NSW Driving Instructor Licence Willingness to obtain TfNSW Safer Drivers Course (min module 2) accreditationWillingness to obtain Older Driver Assessment qualifications when eligible (will need 3 years of driving instructor experience to be eligible for this)Valid NSW C class Driver’s Licence  Valid Working with Children’s Check (WWCC)  
Essential skills: Passion and dedication to help our learner drivers of today become safe and independent drivers  Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to exude empathy and patience in all interactions  The ability to drive NRMA products and positive reviews through a need based selling approach  Excellent communication with the ability to effectively engage with a broad spectrum of individuals spanning from differing demographics to levels of driving confidence Exceptional understanding and adherence to NSW road rules and regulations  Effective diary management and a strong work ethic, able to tightly manage time and optimise schedule to service customers  Ability to confidently adapt to various customer learning styles, needs and preferences  A team player with a strong work ethic who is flexible and willing to adapt and grow with business demand and requirements 
Desirable (or must have a willingness to obtain): Facilitation skills (willingness to undergo Cert IV Training and Assessment during employment) A willingness to be upskilled to deliver driver training products such as but not limited to the Safer Drivers Course and NRMA’s proprietary Corporate Driver Training program
