Design Manager

We are looking for a talented Design Manager with a passion for the retail or hospitality industry. The Design Manager will lead the implementation of our store design guidelines across various projects. With plans to open 30+ restaurants each year in Australia, the Design Manager will play an integral part in our growth’s success.What you can expect:Innovate and support the conceptual design of new stores and refurbishmentsTimely completion of projects, on-time deliverables, and adherence to budgetsGenerate feasibility plans and internal designs for GYG store formatsCollaborate with internal teams, external designers, and suppliers to ensure brand consistency and high-quality project deliveryImprove cost effectiveness through value engineering and efficient project managementYou’ll enjoy this role if you have:Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture or similar6+ years’ of commercial design experience in retail or hospitalityFamiliarity with construction industry budgets and documentationProficient in AutoCAD and various design software programsExcellent communication and people management skillsWillingness to travel as requiredBenefitsWe’re incredibly proud of our amazing people and always have each other’s backs.
