We are hiring for one of the best Independent Providers for FedEx. We are looking for some AWESOME people to come work with us.
We are a premier Independent Service Provider for FedEx Ground. Our drivers are the face of our company, the most efficient pick-up and delivery, professional, and friendly in the Ground Delivery Industry. We are now Hiring individuals to work full-time, as Package Delivery Driver.
This position is a physical, fast-paced, outdoor position that involves continual lifting, lowering and carrying packages that typically weigh 25 - 35 lbs. and may weigh up to 150 lbs.
A DOT physical exam, Background Check and Drug Test are required.
Package Delivery Drivers must have excellent customer contact and driving skills, including the ability to operate a vehicle equipped with a standard (manual) transmission.
Full-time employees work typically 9 hours each weekday example: (Saturday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday). You can work anywhere from 2 to 6 days a week. WE WELCOME PART- WORKERS AS WELL.

QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience and Certifications):
High school diploma or equivalent education is required.
Eligibility to drive a commercial vehicle according to DOT regulations. CDL is NOT required.
Maintains valid driver's license
Must pass a Road Test, DOT Physical, and Drug Test .Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Clean driving record with No moving violations on driving record in past 3 years. No DWI’s in the last 10 years.
Ability to read mapping software and familiar with an I Pad.
Hand-Eye Coordination: You will be operating a complex machine while trying to find addresses, talk to passengers and observing other drivers on the road.
Punctuality is important. Drivers are expected to get to their destination on time. Being able to manage your time wisely.
Candidate must have a cell phone.
We pay $19.00 per hour and time and a half for over 40 hours. We provide 8 days of earned PTO a year, paid holidays, yearend bonus. Medical Benefits after the probationary period.
We pay weekly through direct deposit to your account.
We provide gas, cards and uniforms.
We offer a $300 referral bonus if you refer an employee who stays for the probationary period.
We will provide paid training.
