With a team of top-notch employees, we are currently seeking a full-time Carpentry Crew Foreman to join us!

You will be responsible for leading a highly effective, skilled team using the best practices and tools to do quality work, efficiently as part of a team.

Qualifications:

4+Years trim and finish carpentry experience, including scribe work, casework, installing windows, hanging doors, and installing door hardware

Framing experience with knowledge about “Advanced Framing” techniques

Knowledge and experience with high performance building practices

Proficient using digital technology and construction management software

Proficient using shop equipment, power, and hand woodworking tools.

Time organizational skills with ability to plan, prioritize and complete tasks

People management skills.

Responsibilities:

Lead a crew of 1-4 members to complete work

Work with project managers, designers, carpenters and laborers to coordinate and accomplish projects.

Read plans, create take offs, layout and organize work to be accomplished efficiently

Perform and quality assure frame and finish carpentry tasks with a high level of detail and time efficiently

Organize and maintain tools, shop equipment, supplies, materials, job sites, and shop spaces

Run weekly safety meetings

Performing other relevant duties when necessary
