Position Summary:
We are seeking a Licensed Esthetician with a strong background in skincare services, exceptional customer service, and a commitment to continued growth. The ideal candidate is professional, friendly, detail-oriented, and confident performing a variety of esthetic treatments with care and precision.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform customized facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other advanced skin treatments.
Conduct skin assessments and recommend appropriate products or services
Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in compliance with state board standards
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent service
Upsell retail skincare products and additional services
Manage appointment scheduling and client records as needed
Stay up to date with trends, new technologies, and continuing education
Qualifications:
Current and valid Esthetician License in the state of New Mexico
1+ years of experience in a spa (new graduates with strong training will be considered)
Knowledge of various skin types, conditions, and modern treatment techniques
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Certification in advanced treatments includes but not limited to: Microdermabrasion, LED therapy, Chemical Peels, Micro current.
