Ojo Caliente Mineral Springs Resort and Spa in Ojo Caliente, New Mexico seeks an experienced Evening Spa Supervisor to assist in managing the overall operation of the spa, spa staff, and spa facilities. Requirements
-Minimum of three years spa or hospitality management experience.
-Have a comprehensive knowledge of spa and retail products and services.
-Passionate about and able to create an exceptional guest experience.
-Computer and technology proficiency with spa information systems, MS Outlook, & Excel.
-CPR/First Aid certification strongly preferred (or willing to learn).
-High School diploma required (or equivalent.) Associates degree a plus.
-Ability to work under pressure with a high level of patience, tact and graciousness.
-Ability to work evenings, weekends, weekdays, and holidays required. Reliability and punctuality are critical.
-The position requires manual dexterity; auditory and visual skills; the ability to create written instructions and procedures; and the ability to communicate concisely, quietly, diplomatically, and graciously.
-This position also requires a moderate amount of physical activity, including standing for long periods of time and the ability to lift, reach, bend, kneel, stoop, climb stairs, and push/pull items weighing 50 pounds.
