Position Overview:
We’re seeking a dynamic, experienced, friendly, motivated, and reliable Retail Team Member to help run daily store operations, support the owners, and provide outstanding customer service. This position can be part-time or full-time. Weekend availability is required, though some Saturdays or Sundays may be requested off with enough notice.
Key Responsibilities -
Customer Service & Sales:
Greet every customer with warmth and enthusiasm
Answer questions about products, brands, and styles
Offer personalized recommendations
Learn from customer requests and feedback
Inventory Management:
Keep top sellers fully stocked and displayed beautifully
Monitor low-stock levels and fix discrepancies in Shopify
Restock from storage and conduct regular inventory checks
Track trends and make reorder suggestions
Cleanliness & Merchandising:
Keep displays dust-free and tidy throughout the day
Maintain clean windows, mirrors, entry, and checkout areas
Refresh displays for seasons, events, and social media
Receiving & Invoicing:
Check deliveries against packing slips
Inspect, tag, and enter new products into POS
Log invoices promptly and accurately
Social Media & Marketing:
Post to Instagram regularly (stories, new arrivals, behind-the-scenes)
Share store updates and help brainstorm promotions
Store Operations:
Open and close the store as scheduled
Process online orders and prepare shipments
Maintain supplies and petty cash levels
Confidently use Shopify POS
Ownership Mindset:
Solve problems and take initiative without waiting to be asked
Protect the store’s vibe and presentation
Keep learning about our brands and customers
Qualifications:
1–2 years retail or customer service experience (required)
Friendly, reliable, and organized
Strong attention to detail with inventory and pricing
Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods
Comfortable with Shopify, Instagram, and basic record keeping
Weekend and holiday availability
Ability to solve problems and work independently
Pay & Perks:
$17–$20/hour (based on experience)
