We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Retail Operations and Marketing Assistant. This is a pivotal, hands-on role responsible for supporting the operational backbone of our high-end fashion footwear and apparel shop, managing critical inventory processes, and assisting in the execution of our marketing strategy. 1
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can manage multiple priorities effectively in a demanding retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory & Data Integrity: Accurately manage and receive Purchase Orders (POs), conduct regular physical cycle counts, and perform precise data entry for markdowns and promotions.
Operational Efficiency: Maintain the organization and flow of the stockroom and office areas. Monitor stock levels for essential supplies and best-selling products, managing re-orders.
Marketing Support: Assist in the development and execution of seasonal campaigns, including social media and email marketing. Coordinate visual assets, event logistics (trunk shows), and materials for window displays.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in a retail, administrative, or inventory management role is preferred.
Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of data entry accuracy.
Strong time management and organizational skills; ability to manage projects independently.
Proficiency with retail management systems, POS software, and spreadsheet applications (Microsoft Office/Google Workspace).
Proactive work ethic, initiative, and solid communication skills.
