Bella Asset Management is seeking for an energetic manager who has working knowledge with at least 2 years of property multi-site management experience.

Responsibilities:
- Solving resident concerns/issues
- Scheduling apartment maintenance issues
- Managing employees. Office and maintenance staff.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of property management experience
- Working knowledge of Landlord Tenant Laws
- Previous experience with AppFolio is a PLUS
- Highly organized and ability to pay attention to details and deadlines
- Customer service oriented
- Excellent customer service
- Bilingual
- Bluemoon experience is a plus
