Taos Land Trust is now hiring youth, ages 14 - 25 for our seasonal Youth Conservation Corps! This is a great introductory position for young adults interested in future careers in ecology, conservation, construction, agriculture or natural resources.
Learn trail work - help develop the Rio Hondo Fishing Park trails
Learn construction skills - help build park benches and an horno
Learn natural resources - manage invasive plants, conduct ecological monitoring, and learn about forest & wetland land management
Learn regenerative agriculture - learn from local farmers and help maintain a community garden
Learn leadership & communication skills
Crew Lead ($20.50/hr) and Crew Member ($16.25/hr) positions available.
