Reading Quest, a local non-profit reading organization, provides joyful, free and affordable high quality tutoring for striving readers. We are seeking a part time business manager who is dedicated to our mission, organized and detail oriented.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate day-to-day finance operations includes processing timesheets, deposits, payables, reimbursements, and invoicing.
Work with accountant to make sure payroll and other regular financial functions are executed in a timely manner.
Support the administrative needs of the Executive Director
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Organization and detail orientation.
Verbal and written communication and attention to detail.
Strong commitment to Reading Quests mission and values.
Dedicated to collaboration and integrity.
Nonprofit experience preferred.
