ABOUT THE GALLERY:
We are a well-established Santa Fe art gallery featuring bright, vibrant, and colorful works—ranging from modern and traditional to contemporary and abstract styles. We also offer a curated collection of fine Native American silver and turquoise jewelry, attracting both local collectors and international visitors.
JOB OVERVIEW:
We are looking for an experienced sales professional to join our warm, fun, and collaborative team. Ideal candidates have a background in gallery or jewelry sales and a genuine passion for art and people. This position also includes light administrative support, such as maintaining sales records and assisting with artist inventory or basic correspondence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greet and engage visitors with professionalism and warmth
Present artwork and jewelry with knowledge and enthusiasm
Close sales and build ongoing relationships with collectors
Support exhibition setups, artist receptions, and occasional events
Assist with light administrative tasks (e.g., recordkeeping, inventory support)
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Previous retail sales experience (art or gallery sales a big plus)
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Team player with a positive attitude and solid work ethic
Comfortable learning about artists and speaking with confidence
Available for some weekends or special events
