Hodza Management is a small Native-Led digital marketing studio working with Native-led, cultural, and mission-driven organizations across North America. We specialize in branding, web development, content strategy, and campaign design—with a focus on high-impact storytelling and visual excellence.
I’m the founder and lead strategist, and I’m looking for a sharp, digitally fluent Executive Assistant to help streamline daily operations, manage marketing logistics, and support client-facing work.
Your Role Will Include:
- Managing email, scheduling, and coordinating across multiple projects and clients
- Tracking deliverables and timelines for branding, web, and content campaigns
- Supporting newsletter prep, social media scheduling, and light copywriting
- Organizing and maintaining creative briefs, files, and task workflows (Notion, Google Drive, Slack)
- Serving as an operational buffer so I can focus on strategy and growth
You Might Be a Fit If:
- You’re organized, proactive, and excellent at managing communication
- You can draft a clean email, wrangle a packed calendar, and keep a deadline on track
- You’re comfortable in tools like Google Workspace, Toggl, Notion, and Slack.
- You’re Santa Fe-based or close enough for occasional in-person work (role is mostly remote)
- You’ve worked with Indigenous or cultural organizations
- You’ve got a sharp eye for branding and aesthetics
Details:
- Part-time to start: 10–15 hours/week
- Pay: $20–$25/hour depending on experience
- Will include 2 week trial period at $20/hr to see if we are a good fit.
- Location: Remote hybrid; must be Santa Fe-based or nearby for occasional meetups
