We are looking for a part time employee with potential for full time. We currently work 4/10s. We are looking for ground crew members who value arboriculture, are committed to keeping each other safe and want to have fun at work. Must be willing to gain knowledge and understand ISA/ANSI pruning standards. We encourage all of our employees to become certified arborists, which ultimately equals more pay. US: We’re a small tree service company with room to grow (pardon the pun). Our services include tree pruning and trimming, pest identification, arborist support, cabling, air-spade soil remediation, selective soil and trunk injections, hazard tree work and full removals.
YOU: Must be safe and reliable. You must be physically able to handle up to ten hours a day of manual labor. Your schedule is flexible. You’re willing to take on new skills. And finally, you’re friendly.
QUALIFICATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-Must possess a valid driver’s license.
-Must be able to obtain pesticide applicator certification within one month of starting employment (it's not hard).
-Must be able to work outdoors under varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions.
-Must be able to perform moderately strenuous tasks.
-Must be willing to undergo a background check prior to employment
You will perform or assist with work that ranges from large tree trimming, fruit tree pruning, soil remediation with an AirSpade, Trunk and Soil injections, planting trees, and anything else that helps our trees thrive.
