Real Estate Sign Installation/Removal

Need a runner/laborer to assemble real estate signs, install them, relocate them. I provide signs and tools. You need a truck that can carry up to 4ft x 8ft plywood real estate signs and 4"x4" posts. Most signs are a pair of 4ft x 4ft plywood signs installed in a "V" formation next to busy roads. Requires digging holes in dirt with a post hole digger/shovel/digging bar, putting posts in the ground, screwing signs on to the posts in front of commercial buildings. From time to time, visit the signs to remove graffiti with "gunk off". Occasional work running documents/keys to different properties. Occasional work using a leaf blower to remove dust/leaves from vacant properties. When I get a new listing, you install new sign. When the listing sells, you remove the sign and bring it back to our office in downtown Santa Fe or move it to a new property somewhere else in Santa Fe. I pay $100 move a sign from one location to the other. Other work is paid $30/hour. No reimbursement for mileage or vehicle expenses. All work in Santa Fe.
