We are a landscape design, installation, and maintenance company that focuses on sustainable and regenerative practices. Our projects range from land restoration, watershed restoration, and water harvesting, to designing and installing native, low water, and edible landscapes. We also maintain existing landscapes with a commitment to improving soil and plant health through the utilization of sustainable landscaping techniques.
We are looking for experienced individuals to join our Installation and Landscape Maintenance teams. Strong preference will be given to individuals with the following qualifications:
Installation Experience: proper planting techniques, backhoe and skid steer operation, stone work, metal edging and welding, etc.
Irrigation Knowledge: ground up construction of systems, programing, irrigation mapping, troubleshooting, repairs, maintenance, winterizations, and activations.
Tool Experience: an understanding of basic landscaping tools and their appropriate use.
Gardening Experience: proper planting techniques,ability to identify various native and non-native plants, and an understanding of how to care for and maintain the health of all plants within a landscape setting.
Strong Communication Skills: ability to communicate professionally with clients and coworkers, and maintain organized records such as timesheets, work orders, etc.
Professional Work Ethic: a commitment to reliability, punctuality, and diligence, as well as a willingness to maintain focus on quality and efficiency in all aspects of work.
Experience in plumbing, electrical, water harvesting, and erosion control are a bonus!
REQUIRED
Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to safely lift and carry 60+lbs pounds in various types of challenging conditions
Compensation and Benefits:
Starting pay is $17-$20/hr depending on experience.
Accrued Earned Sick Leave, up to 8 days each year- accrual begins upon hiring
