The position of Construction Laborer is held by an individual with the highest level of commitment to the long-term success of the company which is defined by profitability and customer satisfaction. The individual must be an exceptionally talented communicator and team player. Willing to successfully and efficiently complete a wide array of skilled and semi-skilled construction tasks. Advanced construction skills are required, including measurement and layout, carpentry, framing, safety, and general job site cleanliness and organization. Discipline in time management, organization, and communications are critical.
Your role is as a front-line representative of the company working directly and intimately with our clients and preferred vendors. The reputation of the company is dependent on your choices and conduct. The construction laborer will be expected to meet certain performance metrics as they relate to the clear and accurate time reporting, job site safety, organization, and cleanliness, as well as sound construction techniques and execution. A strong understanding of the reading of plans and specifications is required, and a willingness to oversee others in the field, including, at times, subcontractors, in order to quality assure the work whenever a Construction supervisor is not present. A construction laborer takes pride in their work and looks forward to his or her results being measured and held to account.
Required to have a reliable vehicle, cellphone, and basic hand tools.
