Counselor

Sunrise Counseling is seeking a local licensed psychotherapist/counselor. Must reside in Taos area or be able to commute at least 2 days a week. Must have mental health or social work license or be license eligible in the state of New Mexico. We are a CCSS agency that specializes in integrating spirituality with psychotherapy. We are looking for someone who has education or life familiarity with meditation, yoga, diet, nutrition, etc. and who is familiar with the cultures of northern NM. Preferred therapeutic modalities include action methods, somatic awareness, mindfulness practices, transpersonal psychology, shamanic work, etc. Part time or full time is fine. You can set your own hours. This is a contract position. Pay starts at $50 per client hour with a raise after 3 months. You can read more about us here: sunrisecounselinggrp.com.
