Are you a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Medication Assistant (CMA) who is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of elderly individuals? We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team and provide exceptional care to our senior residents.

Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Certified Medication Assistant (CMA)

Location: 414 Camino de la Placita, Taos NM 87571

Wage: $17 - $20 + per hour

Schedule: 12-hour shifts, Dayshifts

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality personal care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.

Administer medications according to prescribed schedules and monitor residents for any side effects or reactions (for CMAs).

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of care provided and changes in residents' conditions.

Work collaboratively with healthcare team members to implement and adjust individualized care plans.

Provide emotional support and build positive relationships with residents and their families.

Qualifications:

Valid CNA or CMA certification.

Must be able to pass a background check

Proven experience in a caregiving role, particularly with elderly populations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle the physical and emotional demands of the job with patience and empathy.

Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high standards of care.
