We are looking for someone who only wants part-time work, but hopefully long-term. The client is mid-90's, former ballet teacher, who retired only a few years ago. She lived in California and owned a ballet school before she moved to New Mexico. Then taught ballet several places in Santa Fe. She is well-read and a really great gal, with a sense of humor. Everyone falls in love with her. She is able to live alone with a little help twice a day, with maybe a drive to the doctor or market off and on.
Long-term, we need mostly mornings M-F at about 9:30am for one hour, with filling in for some evenings around 6pm for an hour, same tasks. If there are errands to run, that would be extra time. There would be more hours in March as one of the team will be out of town for several weeks, so up to 7 days a week preferred March 1 through March 26 is needed for morning shift; likely several evenings a week during that period, too. After March 26, mornings M-F will be needed weekly, and some evenings ongoing that could be flexible. You will prep her easy meals, minor household chores, laundry, trash out, get the mail. She lives at Montecito Senior Living, on Rodeo Road, and has an independent living apartment.
Please respond by email reply, first, with a little about yourself and why this job would be a good fit for you. I will not consider replies unless you provide info about yourself and your relevant experience. If we can offer you an interview, we will call you. $25/hr.
Thank you
