As a Valet Parking Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for an exceptional experience from the moment they arrive. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests with a warm smile and a welcoming attitude
Provide exceptional parking and retrieval services for our guests’ vehicles
Safely drive and park vehicles in our designated lot
Maintain a clean and organized parking area
Handle cash transactions with accuracy
Qualifications:
Outgoing and friendly personality with excellent customer service skills
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
2 years’ experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality or valet services
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
Attention to detail and clean appearance
Available to work flexible hours, including holidays, evenings and weekends
