This is an independent contractor role ideal for a self-motivated individual seeking flexible, supplemental income. You will be our trusted on-site partner, responsible for ensuring our properties are immaculate, well-stocked, and guest-ready. This is a results-based role where you control your schedule for routine turnovers and inspections, making it a perfect complement to your existing business or other commitments.
We are looking for a long-term professional relationship. This role begins with on-the-ground execution, but for the right partner, there is potential for growth into broader responsibilities and a deeper partnership as our company expands.

Scope of Work & Expected Volume:
5-Star Cleanings: Execute hotel-quality cleanings after each guest checkout.
Volume: Typically 2-4 turnovers per week, varying with season. Workload could be increased depending on the candidate's preference and competitiveness with rates.
Quality Control & Inspections: Conduct on-site inspections to verify the quality of all operations and ensure properties are in perfect condition.
Volume: Cleaning inspections average 2-3 per week; comprehensive property inspections average 1-2 per month.
Responsive Support: Provide timely and professional responses to resolve on-site guest emergencies (e.g., lockouts, Wi-Fi issues, leaks) and offer remote support via telephone to our virtual assistant team.
Volume: In-person emergency responses are infrequent, typically 1-2 per month or less. Remote telephone support averages 3-5 calls per month.
Property Maintenance & Stocking: Monitor, report, and resolve minor maintenance issues (e.g., changing a lightbulb) and restock guest supplies as needed.
Contractual Fee Structure (1099 Position):
This is an independent contractor position. Payments are made on a fixed-fee schedule for each completed service, not an hourly wage. The service agreement will outline the fee for each specific task. As a contractor, you are responsible for your own taxes, business expenses, supplies, and equipment.
Example billable services include:
A fixed fee per cleaning (based on property size).
A fixed fee per quality control or property inspection visit.
A fixed fee for on-site emergency response visits.
A fixed fee for remote telephone support that resolves an issue.
Required Qualifications:
Must be willing to undergo and pass a criminal background check.
Must be insured and bonded. A Certificate of Insurance (COI) will be required upon agreement.
Must have reliable transportation to ensure timely arrivals for all scheduled and on-demand services.
Must own a modern smartphone and be comfortable using apps for scheduling and communication.
Must provide all of your own professional cleaning supplies and equipment.
English fluency is required; conversational Spanish is a strong asset.
Proven experience in professional cleaning, property management, or a related field.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
