Ten Thousand Waves Japanese Spa Resort is seeking motivated candidates to join our dynamic Front of House team at Izanami dining. Presently, we are hiring a Full Time Server Assist to work flexible daytime and evening shifts on weekdays and weekends.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in an upscale restaurant environment is preferred.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to stand, walk, and carry items for extended periods; lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
Willingness to adjust to our expanding and continuously changing menus.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
