Hotel Maintenance Supervisor

Hampton Inn & Suites is looking for a highly motivated and skilled Hotel Maintenance Supervisor, this position will oversee our maintenance department. The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of upkeep or repair operations of the hotel property. The Maintenance Supervisor must be reliable have knowledge of various crafts such as carpentry, plumbing etc. The primary goal is to ensure that property grounds, building facilities and guest rooms are in good and safe conditions at all times.

This is the perfect role for someone who’s proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoys a dynamic workday where no two days are the same. From overseeing repairs to coordinating renovations, you’ll keep our property in top shape and our guests smiling.

What you’ll do:

Lead and schedule maintenance operations

Inspect and maintain building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.)

Supervise and train technicians and vendors

Manage inventory and project timelines

Ensure safety and brand standards are met

Perform preventative maintenance on guest rooms

Be a key player in maintaining a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment

Schedule:

Monday–Friday with one weekend per month

Shift options: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM or 8:00 AM–4:00 PM

What we are looking for:

Prior experience in a maintenance leadership role

Strong technical and troubleshooting skills

Ability to multitask, plan, and lead a team

Knowledge of OSHA safety practices and maintenance regulations

Computer savvy and organized

High school diploma or vocational training or certifications (HVAC, CMRP) are a plus
