We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Fine Dining Server to join our team. As a Geronimo Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. Your attention to detail, professionalism, and passion for delivering outstanding customer service will contribute to the overall success of our establishment.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide exceptional service to guests by anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations.
2. Assist captain in providing water and bread service.
3. Communicate promptly and accurately to captains regarding any table needs or requests.
4. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience, promptly communicating any concerns or issues that may arise with captains and managers.
5. Maintain clean and organized service areas, ensuring tables are properly set with appropriate utensils, glassware, and linens.
6. Promptly clear and reset linens and tableware after each table turn.
7. Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
8. Complete all assigned side work to help keep the restaurant operating smoothly.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in a fine dining establishment a requirement.
2. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with guests from diverse backgrounds.
3. Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
4. Ability to remain calm under pressure while maintaining professionalism at all times.
5. Flexibility in working hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business demands.
