Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of the restaurant, ensuring it remains clean and organized.
Supervise and motivate staff to consistently deliver excellent service.
Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations.
Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to enhance sales and profitability.
Professionally handle all customer inquiries, comments, and complaints.
Oversee the preparation, setup, and cleaning of the restaurant according to company standards.
Foster a positive and respectful environment among customers and coworkers.
Requirements:
Experience working with a POS system.
A strong background in shift management within the food industry, with a minimum of two years of experience.
A hospitality-oriented mindset with a keen focus on customer satisfaction.
Ability to work long shifts with open availability.
Proficient understanding of bar terminology and its application in daily operations.
Extensive knowledge in bartending, with a minimum of two years of experience.
Comprehensive knowledge and adherence to all local and national alcohol laws and compliance.
Basic understanding of kitchen operations.
Proficiency and comfort with cash handling procedures.
