The Job Responsibilities include:
An ever-present focus on Hospitality
Recruitment, selection, orientation, training, scheduling, and coaching of restaurant staff
Ensure a consistent and high quality customer experience (food/service/facility)
Monthly Restaurant P&L and budget adherence
Monthly Inventory
Local marketing efforts, community involvement, and networking
Reports to owners and has regular meeting with team

Upscale high-volume restaurant experience

Experience as a GM
Experience with major POS systems and Open Table
Strong organizational skills
Excellent leadership skills
