Cook pay rate: $640 - $680 for 40 hours (full-time) / $16 - $17 per hour

Server pay rate: $746 for 40 hours (full-time, with tips!) / $18.65 per hour

Bartender pay rate: Average of $878 for 40 hours (full-time, with tips!) / $21.95 per hour

Dishwasher pay rate: $600 - $640 for 40 hours (full-time) - $15 - $16 per hour

$500 Hiring Bonus - $150 after training completion, $350 after 90 days employment.
