Back Road Pizza is hiring for a position of AM PREP. This position does include heavy morning food prep (including dough work) + lunch service. Prior prep experience and customer service experience are a must (this person will interact with customers as well as the kitchen crew).
Everyone does a bit of everything here in our fast paced pizzeria from food prep, including working with knives, using commercial grade kitchen equipment, cooking, cashiering, customer service, dish washing, cleaning and opening/closing duties. Will need a valid Servers Permit and a Food Handler's Certificate.
Set weekly schedule
Base wage + tips puts your hourly at $18-$25/hr.

MUST HAVE PRIOR KITCHEN EXPERIENCE and be able to work in a fast paced kitchen with knives, hot ovens, hot food items close quarters and have the ability to multitask.
