Capeesh Pizza Co., located inside of the Santa Fe Place Mall is seeking three EXPERIENCED ARTISAN PIZZA CHEFS to join our non-GMO kitchen!
Qualified Applicants must have:
Recent (within the last 6 months) dough stretching and pizza making and cooking experience
Ability to stretch high hydration artisan dough and assemble pizzas according to our build sheets
Cook pizzas in a stone floor deck oven and slice 18" round pizzas evenly into a six or eight cut
Food preparation skills - working with a knife and cutting board - following a recipe book
Excellent time management skills
Self directed and Team player skills
Have a current Food Handler Certificate
