In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships with Cloud and SaaS companies.

You'll work cross-functionally to identify, onboard, and cultivate relationships with key partners and Ford business owners, driving mutually beneficial growth.

You will creatively solve problems and collaborate with the business owner and Legal Counsel to complete contractual agreements.

What you'll do

Work with Ford business owners to develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with company, and department goals.

Identify and source new high-value partner opportunities within the Cloud and SaaS landscape.

Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring win-win outcomes.

Manage existing partner relationships, fostering open communication and collaboration.

Maintain key partner relationships, ensuring Ford gets the best out of each partner’s strengths and opportunities.

Develop joint go-to-market strategies to drive Ford sales and revenue growth.

Analyze partnership performance metrics and, while working with the Ford business lead, identify opportunities for optimization.

Overcome obstacles and navigate complex situations to achieve desired outcomes.

You'll have

5+ years of experience in partnership/business development management, within the Cloud or SaaS industry. In-vehicle infotainment experience is a plus.

A proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships.

Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of SaaS and Cloud solutions.

Proven ability to lead cross-discipline or cross-divisional projects.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage organizational alignment, including senior executives.

The ability to build trust and rapport with individuals at all levels.

A passion for problem-solving and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.

Solid technical (software) skills, from a business perspective (no coding needed) and the ability to understand complex technical concepts.

A strong drive to achieve results and exceed expectations.

Superb organizational skills, time management skills and attention to detail.

Self-management skills, a team-based demeanor, creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under strict deadlines while independently balancing multiple projects at once.

Resourceful, proactive team player.
