This intersection of technology, healthcare, and impact makes it a truly rewarding career choice.We're seeking a Business Intelligence Lead with a strong background in healthcare data operations and a passion for data quality and process improvement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing teams and implementing robust data processes in an agile environment.Key Responsibilities:

Membership Management: Oversee the membership process, including quality, audits, and reporting. Manage lifecycle updates to the process to incorporate new payers and data feeds.

Process Improvement: Establish robust processes for change notifications, document all artifacts, and create a scalable membership model that allows for data flexibility & automation.

Issue Resolution: Triage production support issues, delegate work as necessary, and become a subject matter expert for all membership data.

Team Leadership: Lead, train, and mentor team members, both direct and third-party stakeholders, to ensure efficient and effective team performance and understanding of the membership process.

Use your skills to make an impactRequired Qualifications

Minimum five years in healthcare data operations, modeling, or reporting.

Advanced proficiency in cloud-based SQL Environment (BigQuery, Snowflake or RedShift), SQL, and at least one object-oriented language

Experience with data visualization tools (such as Power BI, Tableau or Qlik)

Experience with continuous integration & delivery (Azure DevOps, JIRA, etc.), GIT, and business intelligence reporting system

Good working knowledge of different healthcare data file types and an understanding of SCRUM/Agile methodologies

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to influence key partners.

Creative thinker with a strong customer focus who is comfortable with ambiguity and evolving strategies in an Agile environment.

Strong project management skills with ability to execute on multiple work streams simultaneously.

Detailed oriented results driver with an exceptional sense of accountability and ownership.

Preferred Qualifications

Power BI experience highly preferred

Python, Java, Scala, or Groovy preferred

Snowflake experience highly preferred

Additional InformationTo ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates' ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates must meet the following criteria:

At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested

Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership

Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.

Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.

Scheduled Weekly Hours40Pay RangeThe compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$104,800 - $144,300 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
