Associate Director, Project Services

This individual will:

Lead and contribute to oral and written presentations and project reports.

Effectively interact with a group of scientists with a wide range of expertise (antibody engineering and discovery, NGS, AI and bioinformatics) and act as a liaison with clients to ensure effective partnerships.

Monitor and reassign project resources to maintain deliverables, proactively identifies and addresses and/or escalates project related issues and takes on other duties to generally advance the project objectives; in synergy with the scientific leads and management,

Minimum Requirements:

PhD in Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Chemical Engineering, Immunology or related life science fields with 7-10 years relevant experience, preferably in biotech or pharma

Understanding of Antibody Engineering, with emphasis on phage and yeast display

Strong attention to detail

Excellent communication skills

Strong planning and time management skills

Proven strong data analysis skills

Strong leadership and motivational skills

Ability to operate in a fast-paced work environment without compromising quality

Nurture customer relationships

Desirable skills:

Use of program management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, OneNote, Teams)

Use of electronic notebooks for data retrieval

Versed with cloud-based data storage and data transfer

Versed with Office-based applications
