Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service skills to every client
Research, plan, and organize optimal travel experiences to meet the client's needs.
Create quotes, itineraries, and invoices for clients
Collecting and processing client payments in a secure fashion
Keep up to date with travel industry trends, industry regulations, and destination updates
Maintaining communication with clients, suppliers, and teammates to ensure all travel needs are met
Address and resolve any possible concerns or issues in a timely manner.
Requirements:
Customer service/ customer satisfaction ensuring repeat clients
Both people and communication skills
Ability to work independently and remotely, while staying in touch with the team
Self-motivated with taking initiative
Computer skills
Sales and Marketing skills is an advantage
Passion and knowledge for travel a plus
Availability to attend live and recorded trainings
Maintain travel partner and vendor relationships
Willing and ready to learn: coachable
