Ten Thousand Waves is searching for a friendly and outgoing Shuttle Driver to join our Guest Services
team. This position is responsible for welcoming and shuttling guests throughout the property.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet all guests upon arrival, welcoming them to Ten Thousand Waves and providing them with relevant information
and guidance about the property.
- Drive guests around property in a company vehicle.
- Communicate regularly with spa, restaurant, and lodging staff to ensure guest needs are met in a timely manner.
- Report maintenance issues throughout the property through an internal helpdesk system
- Manage and document package deliveries.
- Enforce and document parking restrictions on property.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness.
- Assist guests with luggage delivery to rooms.
Requirements & Skills
- Valid current driver’s license.
- Professional and hygienic demeanor.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

keep supervisors informed of the status of work, be team-oriented, dependable, trustworthy, possess
good communication skills, set high standards, and exhibit a willingness to work hard to achieve positive
results.
