Job Description:
Answer customer inquiries, assist walk-in customers.
Take new reservations from callers and walk-ins.
Provide excellent customer service.
Driver Support.
Monitor runs and assign backup drivers, if needed.
Perform other duties as required.
This is primarily a part-time evening shift during the week with shift ending at 8pm.
One part-time shift on Saturday morning.
Job Requirements:
Must be authorized to work in the US.
1 – 2 years previous customer service or dealing with the public.
Must be able to work with little or no supervision.
1+ year handling multiple phone lines
Software experience with Google Sheeets and Docs, Outlook and other Internet applications helpful
Some experience using scheduling and/or reservation software helpful, but will train the right person
Cash handling experience
Ability to communicate effectively in English
High School diploma or equivalent
Patience and a sense of humor
Satisfactory completion of each of the following:
