32% of load after 90 days maybe sooner depending on performance increase to 35%

Must have
6 months crude oil hauling experience
Must have clean background/MVR
Must be 23+ years old
2 years Class A CDL/Hazmat endorsement
Must be able to pass drug screen
2 years Tanker Experience!
Will train the right person as long as you have the 2 years tanker.
