We are seeking a Level 1 Field Service Technician to join our growing team. This position plays a critical role in providing reliable internet services to our customers while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
As an installation technician, you’ll:
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot internet equipment for residential and business customers.
Work on rooftops, climb ladders, and use other access equipment to complete installations.
Perform tower climbing (training provided).
Test and verify equipment functionality to ensure optimal service.
Maintain detailed documentation of installations and service calls.
Provide friendly, professional customer service at every job site.
Represent the company by ensuring a clean, professional appearance and a courteous demeanor.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Comfortable working at heights (ladders, rooftops) and outdoors year-round
Friendly, professional demeanor and strong communication skills
Attention to detail and solid troubleshooting abilities
Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work with hand tools
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Reliable personal transportation to report to the office on time
Must pass a background check and drug screening
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred but Not Required:
Prior experience in wireless internet installation or networking.
Knowledge of signal testing tools and basic IT troubleshooting.
Certifications such as OSHA 10 or Competent Climber training (we will provide training for successful hires).
Compensation
Base Hourly Rate: $15 to $18 per hour
Climbing Hourly Rate: $22.50 to $27 per hour (1.5x base rate for tasks involving climbing due to higher hazards)
