Experienced Head Maintenance Technician needed
QUALIFICATIONS
Three year working experience in same or similar field is preferred
Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, painting, sheet rock/texture and carpentry
Ability to communicate with residents, co-workers, property manager and property supervisor, maintain a professional attitude and open communications (written and orally)
Available to perform emergency repairs at all times
Must have a dependable vehicle at all times
Compensation is determined by experience
