Argus Professional Storage Management is seeking a Property Manager at a self-storage facility in Roswell, NM.

Storage experience preferred but not required. Joining our team means working with some of the most experienced and dedicated self-storage experts in the industry. Our main focus is developing our employees and providing all the tools necessary for a successful career/future in property management. Training and open-ended support is provided for all of our employees.

This position is Full-Time, 35-40 hours a week.

Store Hours: Tuesday - Saturdays. We will discuss during interview

WHAT OUR PROPERTY MANAGERS DO:

Manage the day-to-day operations at the facility

Work closely with the District Manager on operational needs

Assess, Showcase, and Fulfill Rental Agreements with New Tenants

Maintain Tenant Accounts and Delinquencies

Maintain Interior and Exterior Facility Appearance and Cleanliness

Assist in Growth and Development of the facilities metrics

Meet and Exceed Operational Standards

This position includes all aspects of property management including, but not limited to, the use computer software programs, responding to inquiries in a professional manner, communicating with the corporate office, making business decisions, reconciling receipts, following lien procedures, and printing/interpreting of facility reports. Our Management Team depends on our employees to achieve property needs and goals, dependability is essential.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

Excellent Customer Service | Not Needed but Preferred 1+ years’ experience

Office/Property Management Skills

Essential Computer Literacy Abilities

Teamwork, Attention to Detail, and a Positive & Professional Personality

Ability to Stand, Sit, Walk, Type, Lift up to 50lbs or more on occasion & Communicate

Valid Driver’s License, Reliable transportation, Comprehensive Vehicle Insurance
