A reputable and client-focused personal injury law firm in Fair Oaks is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law and civil litigation, be detail-oriented, and capable of managing a fast-paced caseload from pre-litigation through trial.Key Responsibilities:Draft and file pleadings, discovery requests/responses, subpoenas, and other litigation documentsOrganize, maintain, and manage case files and documents throughout all phases of litigationAssist attorneys in preparation for hearings, mediations, depositions, and trialsReview and summarize medical records, accident reports, and other evidenceMaintain client contact and keep clients informed on case progressCoordinate with medical providers, insurance adjusters, and expert witnessesConduct legal research and prepare case chronologies and timelinesManage deadlines and ensure compliance with court procedures and schedulesQualifications:Minimum 3+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably in personal injuryParalegal certificate from an ABA-approved program or equivalent experienceStrong knowledge of California civil procedure and court filing systems (including e-filing)Proficiency in legal software (e.g., Clio, Case Management, Microsoft Office Suite)Exceptional written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills with high attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBilingual (Spanish) is a plus but not requiredWork Environment:This is an in-office role based in Fair Oaks, CA.
