Human Resources Professional (Roseville / carlsbad)

We are looking for a Human Resources for a full time opportunity here in Carlsbad! This position will be responsible for leading human resources initiatives by aligning human capital with the business strategy, the adoption of best practices, and the attraction, development, and retention of employees. In this position you will have the following responsibilities:Oversee and manage the work of Human Resources staff while encouraging ongoing developmentManage talent acquisition process, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and on-boardingOversee the administration of the companys compensation program to include payroll processing and benefits administrationEnsure all employment practices are up-to-date, accurate and compliant with all federal, state, and local lawsCoach managers on Employee relations, performance improvement and disciplinary actions as may be neededIdentify training needs and facilitate employee training on job duties and product knowledgeHandle investigation and resolution of employee complaints, issues, concerns, and conflictsCoordinate and plan company eventsWe are looking for someone with:3-5 years Human Resources experience preferably in a Generalist and/or Recruiting role1-3 Management experienceKnowledge of compensation strategy, performance management, employee relations, safety practices and talent acquisition.Ability to apply Human Resources knowledge in a manner that is complaint with relevant employment lawProficient in Microsoft Office applications and Human resources Information Systems (HRIS) “ ADP Workforce Now experience a plusExcellent oral and written communication skillsMust be team oriented, detail oriented, and able to multi taskIf you an HR professional with a passion for and experience in HR & Talent Acquisition, please contact Esmeralda Heras to schedule an interview! 760-710-3672Volt is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
