AECOM is seeking an established leader with the skills, background, and initiative to help grow and manage our highway/bridge and infrastructure related portfolio in New York City and the surrounding metropolitan area. The ideal candidate will be working with NYC Agencies including NYCDDC, NYCDOT, and similar agencies who develop, program, solicit, and manage infrastructure projects.This individual will report to Transportation Sr Director for PMCM Services and will perform the following:Serve as top advisor on projects of large scope and complexity and is recognized as industry leader in the field.  Provides marketing and business development support and may have considerable interaction with clients in effort to manage, and grow AECOM's portfolio of PM/CM work in NYC. This is primarily an advisory, not supervisory, position, but may have a small number of direct reports. Some responsibilities are below: Serve as advisor on projects of large scope and complexity and is recognized as industry leader in the field.Provide  support and may have considerable interaction with clients in effort to manage, and grow AECOM's portfolio of PM/CM work in NYC.Oversee and coordinate multiple large-scale construction projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Develop and implement strategic plans for construction operations, including resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management.Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, design, and project management, to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and community representatives.Ensure compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations, as well as AECOM's safety and quality standards.
