We are seeking an experienced Advertising Technology Senior Consultant to join our advertising and media consulting practice. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital advertising platforms, with expertise in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Order Management Systems (OMS), and Ad Servers (Freewheel, Google Ad Manager).This role requires a deep understanding of industry-leading tools, including Salesforce for CRM, Boostr, Operative, and Placements.io for OMS, along with hands-on experience with Ad Servers. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication and client-facing abilitiesThis is a full-time position, ideally based in NYC with the option to work remotely.  Travel for up to 25% may be required. The annual base salary is $110,000 - $130,000. Candidates will be paid within this range based on their work experience and skills. Candidates are also eligible for our full list of benefits linked here.Responsibilities:This role will support various consulting engagements over time which may include some or all of the following responsibilities.Consulting and Advising: Provide expert advice and consultation to clients on media ad technology solutions, focusing on CRM, OMS, and Ad Servers. Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and recommend tailored solutions to optimize digital advertising workflows.Platform Implementation and Configuration: Lead the implementation and configuration of CRM and OMS solutions, ensuring seamless integration with Ad Servers like Freewheel and Google Ad Manager. Configure and customize platforms to meet client requirements and industry best practices, with a focus on defining digital advertising product taxonomies.Ad Server Integration: Develop and manage supporting integrations between CRM, OMS, and Ad Servers to ensure efficient data flow and campaign execution. Collaborate with technical teams to implement and optimize these integrations.Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for clients on the effective use of CRM, OMS, and Ad Server tools, including guidance on integrations. Provide ongoing support to troubleshoot issues, answer queries, and ensure the successful adoption of the implemented solutions.Strategic Planning: Work closely with clients to develop strategic plans for leveraging digital advertising platforms and ensure seamless integration between CRM, OMS, and Ad Servers. Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.Technical Expertise: Stay abreast of the latest developments in digital advertising technology, particularly within CRM, OMS, and Ad Server domains. Provide thought leadership on industry trends and emerging technologies.Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical teams, to deliver integrated solutions that align with clients' business objectives.
