We invite you to bring your strong analytical abilities into play as you evaluate regulatory compliance risks, contamination and other environmental, health and safety issues.Your key responsibilities will be:Completing environmental site assessments of industrial and commercial sites.Conduct due diligence reviews of multi-site portfolios for attorneys, lenders, developers, and industrial clients.Completing and managing limited environmental compliance reviews of industrial sites, by reviewing and abstracting regulatory requirements for multi-media environmental compliance.Completing environmental permitting applications from federal and state jurisdiction.Supporting projects in achieving conformance and compliance with international sustainability standards.About 40% of travel mainly within Mexico.
