If you thrive in dynamic environments and love aligning HR initiatives with business goals, this is your opportunity to make a difference! The Talent Development Coordinator is a dynamic, people-focused professional that will design and implement tailored career development programs that further associate skills & competencies, enable leadership career potential, and support succession planning within NIQ. In this role, you will operate through the pillars of Training and Development, Program Implementation and Design, Mentorship and Coaching, Performance Metrics, and Communication and Reporting. Responsibilities: Implement and contribute to the development of programs tailored to early-career, mid-career, and advanced career development for NIQ associates and leaders, ensuring programs align with company goals, principles and industry best practices.  Conduct assessments to identify the career development needs of associates across multiple experience groups and create content that supports those needs, collaborating with functional leaders, as well as HR to gather insights and feedback related to programs and gaps.  Schedule, coordinate and deliver training modules, workshops, and seminars that could support in-person, virtual and asynchronous delivery models for various role levels in the organization.  Partner with internal HR teams, external training providers and industry experts on trends to enhance program offerings and deliver content, also working with vendors to deliver services that support talent and development priorities.  Coordinate with existing mentorship program to accelerate learning and development of associates, facilitating cohort coaching sessions that support individual career goals.  Develop, manage and monitor metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of career development programs, regularly reviewing and adjusting programs based on feedback and performance data.  Work in collaboration with stakeholders to align goals and metrics that establish cross-functional success.  Communicate program goals, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders, preparing and presenting reports on program effectiveness and associate development, as well as creating presentation content suitable for key audiences.  #LI-Hybrid
