As an Onboarding Customer Success Coordinator, you are responsible for the client relationship from the onboarding phase to renewal. You will spend 50% of your time focused on client onboardings. This includes providing training on the dashboard, eCommerce expertise, providing a seamless onboarding experience to initial insights to action for our Customers. The other 50% of the time you will work with customers from the business as usual phase through renewal as their CSM. This role requires a solid understanding of FMCG manufacturers and ecommerce. You must thrive in a high-paced environment. Under the leadership of the Customer Success Director, you will join our growing American team to manage a portion of our clients in South America. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:  Focus for Onboarding portion of the role: Drive onboarding and training clients on the tool Maintain positive customer relationships by becoming an expert partner Provide consistent dashboard updates throughout the onboarding process Ensure the data validation process is completed to reduce customer challenges once onboarded Deliver and communicate strong analytics during onboarding phase to our Customers Network to identify new needs from our customers and potential business growth Test new KPIs to identify opportunities and participate in training projects to improve training process   Focus for business as usual portion of the role: Leverage Data Impact Dashboard to identify key insights for Customers Main point of contact for Client for customer requests, problems, and questions Recommend and close upsell opportunities and renewals for our Clients Deliver and communicate strong analytics and business reviews to our Clients
